  1. Can anyone sign up and place an order?
    With so many great fresh and frozen seafood options to try, we encourage everyone with a valid Visa or MasterCard® to place an order.

  2. Do I need an account to place an order?
    No account is required to place an order.

  3. I see that business and commercial accounts are available. Why should I sign up for one?
    If you belong to one of these groups, you may be eligible to receive a discount on our products.

  4. If I live outside the United States, can I place an order?
    Unfortunately, no. We are looking at expanding our delivery area, but right now, we only deliver to U.S. locations.

  5. How soon after placing my order can I expect delivery?
    In most cases, orders placed before 12 noon can be delivered the next day. However, we always suggest ordering at least one day in advance of need to allow for any potential delays, such as inclement weather or statutory holidays.

  6. How is shipping calculated?
    Shipping costs are calculated on a per pound basis. Shipping costs per pound can be reduced when orders reach certain total weights.

  7. Are there any minimum orders?
    All of our seafood options have minimum order requirements. Please see each product for its minimum order requirements as it can differ from one type of seafood to another.

  8. What do you ship my order in?
    We ship in insulated packaging to ensure the high-quality seafood you order arrives at your door in peak condition.

  9. I don't see the type or cut of seafood I'm looking for. Can I make a special order?

  10. I need to make a change to my order. Who should I contact?
    Changes may be made prior to 12 noon of the shipping day by calling 503-905-4494.

  11. Is there a return policy?
    Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. However, if you need to talk to us about a recent order, we will review any complaint on a case by case basis. Please e-mail us at with details or call us at 503-905-4494 to speak to one of our staff.

  12. Is your seafood sustainably caught?
    Yes indeed! All of our wild products are sustainably harvested and our aquaculture products are certified by Best Aquaculture Practices.

  13. How should I store my purchase?
